Winter Audition Dates

Tigard Winter Guard will hold audition camps over the course of four days. You will learn basics and a short routine. On the final day, you will audition with a group so we can place you in the group best suited for your ability.

Saturday November 15 10am-6pm
Sunday November 16 2pm-6pm
Monday November 17 5pm-7pm WG MEETING AT 7pm
Thursday November 20 5pm-7pm

High School rehearsals are Tuesday and Thursday starting November 25th. Rehearsals are Monday and Wednesday for the Cadet guard. A calendar will be provided at the first camp date.

Pre-Winter Guard News

Lots of new stuff coming for Winter 2009! Here's a short preview:
1. Get out there and talk about us. We need at least 20 paying members to have a winter program at all.
2. I'm working on getting approval to get members from throughout the district (getting into TuHS, Fowler, Hazelbrook, and Twality). Talk to siblings, youth groups, and friends about joining.
3. If we have enough people, we will be pulling two or three teams this year. Everyone will get a challenge and great experience IF we can get enough members.
4. You will be responsible for your own costume and pep gear. Start saving!

Week of October 6th!!

Remember!!!

We have rehearsal 5 to 9 on Monday.
The Homecoming game is Thursday night!
We have an all day rehearsal Friday from 9 til 5.

I need a few of you to stay after on Monday to help color on the closer flags and tape rifles. Any takers?
